About us
20 Years of Passion ‐ Dharamsala: Indian Vegetarian & Vegan Catering for Festivals and Events What started as a small catering project in 2004 is now one of the most sought-after vegetarian and vegan festival catering services in Austria. Our founders were guided by the belief that the rich Indian cuisine, with all its diversity and taste, should not be missing at festivals ‐ and all without animal products. We didn’t just want to offer food, but create an experience that connects people and delights their senses.

Our Vegetarian & Vegan Menu ‐ A Culinary Journey Through India
Our menu is a tribute to Indian cuisine ‐ from the streets of Delhi to the villages of Rajasthan. Every dish is made from fresh, plant-based ingredients and brings the diverse flavors of India to you. Whether you love the spicy taste of Chole (chickpea curry) or the creamy Dal Makhani ‐ we have something for everyone.

- Samosa: Crispy pastry filled with spiced potatoes and peas ‐ a classic of Indian street food.
- Pakora: Fresh vegetables fried in chickpea batter ‐ ideal for snacking during the festival.
